    I had to follow up with the company when the tech didn't show up in the allotted time but they sent someone promptly and he fixed the problem to the best of my knowledge.

    He came on time. Evaluated and priced out the work. Did most of the job. Got a light fixture and returned to finish within and hour. Each piece of work was completed professionally. He left no mess. I gave him 4.5s and a 4 because the kitchen light fixture looks significantly different from the rest and I did not anticipate that.

    The job turned out to be costlier than I had anticipated. Not sure if I would have gotten the job done this quickly had it not been for the financing. Quite business savvy in making it available when you need it most.
