    Responsive, Knowledegable, easy to work with! They came when they said, charged what they quoted left my studio clean. I was impressed enough that I introduced them to the owner of the complex and had them leave cards in the office. I would suggest you use zip codes in your ads so you would show up in more areas.     The tech provided a call ahead to narrow the arrival time from 10-12 to around 10 which was very nice. The bathroom fan wasn't working so he opened it up to find out that it was unplugged. He plugged it in and it worked fine. From arrival to getting a ladder to calling in to his boss, he was there 20 minutes and charged me $120 - which means I was basically charged a $360/hour rate. His boss claimed it was the standard call fee, but I wasn't told about the standard fee ahead of time. As a real estate agent & property manager, I've had a lot of service work done and this has never happened before. Generation 3 was professional, but come on.

    Thank you for you remarking on our professionalism. A price was quoted for the replacement of the fan. The technician saved the client money by powering the existing fan. Although we were at the job for 20 minutes the total time spent on this job was over an hour and a half if you include the time at the supply house getting the new fan plus travel time. That is a rate of 80/hour minus over head

    I liked the professionalism of the Gentleman that gave me the estimate for the work I needed done. However, when the electricians come out to my home, some things were forgotten, my husband had to remind the techs to do some things that were already on my estimate. My phone line was also accidentally cut and no one bothered to tell me.

    I would like apologies for the phone line. I did have a technician repair the line with in hours of it being brought to my attention. The technician was unaware that the phone line had gotten hook in our drill bit when it came through the wall. I will work hard to see that you have a better experience next time.

    Prompt, professional, respectful of me as the homeowner. In a semi-emergency situation, Chad came quickly to assess the job and provided an estimate shortly after his visit. Work was scheduled to be done several weeks out but the problem worsened, so Gen3 sent their technicians out first thing the next morning. Though I never personally met anyone from the company, I spoke to them several times on the phone. They all were pleasant and professional. I would definitely recommend this company. The only caution is that I think they might have been a little on the expensive side but to be fair, I admit I did not comparison shop so I'm not sure.
