I scheduled a meeting at 8AM, the technician arrived at 9:05 AM. After the easy job (<15min) was complete, he quoted me a price of about $50 more than I had been quoted over the phone. I told him who i spoke with and he changed the price to the higher-end of my price quote. He did the job well, but the lateness (which he apologized for) coupled with the potential for overcharging is why I will not recommend them to anyone.

Our receptionist does not go into the field and can only give you a general idea of the prices not price quotes. Our company policy is to present every customer with the price before any work is started. I will make sure to reinforce this next team meeting. Our receptionist should have explained that we book windows of time for appointments. I know that one hour make a huge difference for clients who have busy morning schedules. Unfortunately driving from location to location can be a bit unpredictable. Please let me know if there is anything I

From estimate to completed job the experience with Generation 3 Electric was a pleasure. Bill Lutz, the owne,r came to give me an estimate and suggested a solution that other electricians had not mentioned. No drilling holes in the walls and no mess. Bill gave me the estimate on the spot and the project came in at that price. Lisa in the office helped schedule the appointment to have the work done and called to confirm the day before. She is courteous and professional. The day the work was done, Luke arrived on time and completed the work quickly and neatly (even swept up and took all excess materials with him). Recommend highly!

I hired Generation 3 Electric based upon other previous reviewers. Had several light fixtures hung, a motion sensor light placed (backyard), whole house, cable and telephone surge suppressors installed, and a new properly grounded electrical line run from my office upstairs to the basement. The estimate given was fair and adhered to in the final payment, with minor alterations in my favor ! The work done by Mike Janiszewski was superb in all respects....he came on time, was extremely polite and knowledgeable, and did all that was asked efficiently and very precisely. He left all work areas very clean...All in all, I was very pleased!
