I hired Generation 3 Electric & HVAC to rewire my home after they gave me an estimate, the work started in March, 2020, I have no lighting in my kitchen, they did not mount the lighting and outlets correctly, I have been trying to get them out to get the electrical work done properly for over 2 months now, they just tell me someone will get back to me and no one ever does, I have paid in full for them project, I feel I am being taken advantage of

Bill and Griffin were professional, friendly, tolerant of my barking dog, and flexible with my chaotic schedule. They were very knowledgeable and were able to understand everything that needed to be done. They worked efficiently and got everything done in a remarkably short time. They cleaned everything up and were very organized. I would highly recommend them.

Thomas from Gen 3 was great! He was able to fish a wire in an already built duplex with minimal holes drilled and took the time to patch the ones he did have to make. He was professional and actually arrived a little early. The job was done as expected and a minor issue was resolved the same day with ease. Thank you to Thomas and the Gen 3 team for a job well done!

Hired Gen 3 to replace a furnace and three electrical boxes. After spending over 10,000$ and navigating through multiple no shows by their team I was left with a mess all of the replaced fixtures was left in my basement. These are large items that can not be thrown in the regular trash. When I asked about clean up and disposal they said it was on me and I should ask Peco and PGW how to properly dispose of the equipment. They are overpriced which I thought came with the convenience of a large company. For example on-time appointments and disposal. Next project I have I will use a smaller more local company. Save money and headache do not hire.

Appointment process is VERY sloppy,..... but once the tech finally arrived (after 3 missed Appointments), he was very skilled and knowledgeable,........
