The electrician very professional and yet friendly. His behavior and attitude reflected that he respected me and my home.

Technician arrived on time, he was very friendly and courteous. He did a good job and the price was fair value. I would definitely use them again for any electrical project that we have.

Johnny and James were very knowledgeable and they actually helped me save some money. They recommended stuff to me so I wouldn't spend so much. Thumbs up :)

Mike came first to explain the best way to complete the job. He also advised that I wait before the project of upgrading to code, saving $$ right there. Dan and Max arrived the next week. They were very nice, did a great job w the electrical installment of the lights. The biggest help was that Dan spent an extra hour assisting me with my iPad. A security camera was installed and needed to be connected via the company APP. I am not very techy, had no smart phone, my iPad was not connected to the Wifi, etc, etc. Anyway, Dan spent that time helping me w passwords, connections, all of what was required to set-up the APP for the camera. He was so patient, nice, and he started showing me photos of his family and dogs. Felt VERY comfortable having these 2 guys working in my home. Which Is a big part of customer service. Thanks again.

Customer service was great and fast. Brian did a great job. His work was done right and very clean. The price was a little on the high side but I would still recommend Gen3 and Brian.

Corey and his team gave me a call before they showed and arrived promptly. Very personable and explained what they would be doing. Did a very neat and professional job. Would definitely recommend them.
