The first electrician told me it cost $350 to fix the light in my first floor bathroom. He also told me I needed a new circuit breaker panel, which cost $1,800. In less than an hour, Generation 3 fixed my light, looked at my circuit breakers in the basement and said they don't think i need a new one. They charged me $238.11. I'm so glad Home Advisor found them so the other company couldn't rip me off!!!

Over priced work. I was charged $264.85 to put an outlet on an existing power source. There were no upgrades to my circuits included in that cost. For $20 in parts and 20 minutes of YouTube research, I could have done it myself.

Rates not comparable at all... overpriced for the work performed.

Thank you for taking the time to speak with me about your recent service call. The incompatibility issue you described between your new LED fixtures and your existing dimmer switch is frustrating. Paying to put up new fixtures only to have to take them back down and put the old ones back up isn't a great experience. We agreed you didn't get the value you paid for during our service call and GEN3 will return at no charge to hang up new dimmable fixtures after you purchase them.

Tech James was very professional. I wasn't crazy about the price but the work was started and completed as promised. Within 6 hrs of contacting Homeadvisor website, my project was done. I had been calling someone else referred by a friend for three weeks to come and look at the job. I would use Generation 3, again.
