Ed came on Thursday the 26th, was professional, gave me a handwritten receipt for the cash he wanted to do the job. He said he would have the report to me on Monday-Tuesday of the following week (30th or the 1st). I called on Wednesday the 2nd, he said he would have it by the afternoon. I reminded him I needed it on the 9th for an appointment with the attorney. He said no problem. He did not call or send it. I have called 5 times and he either promises in one hour or by end of day. It is now the 9th and I feel he has ghosted me. It is the 9th and he won't respond to phone, text or email and today is the appointment with attorney. He should att have the courtesy to tell me. Angie, I would think twice about referring him if this is the service he provides. I am out $300 unless I can find him and now will have to meet with attorney another time. Not a good way to do business.

Very poor job, missed a lot of obvious things, and did a haphazard job.

Ed is a quality professional. Easy to work with and listens to all your input.

He responded quickly. Was very professional and friendly during our inspection. And very informative about what he was looking for.

He was prompt and professional. The standard appraisal form does not include any means to value ease of access and view. In a retirement community theses are both important purchase considerations. Not his fault but will surely impact value as perceived by candidate buyers.

I did all my interactions over the email and phone and Ed was professional and returned my calls and emails promptly. He followed through with what was communicated to me.

The ten day job was not completed after 30 days after several calls.
