Chad did a great job reviving my cracked, discolored, and spalled garage floor. He made it look like new and did quality work. I appreciate the time he took with the prep work to ensure a quality job. He offers great service at a fair price. My garage floor looks fabulous. I highly recommend him.

Chad did a great job working with me to get the work done before my house went on the market. We were delayed several times due to the weather but he was in constant communication with me about when he could get complete the job.

I had called Chad with Garage Experts of the Mile High regarding a concrete floor coating project in my garage. He arrived on time as scheduled, but had to re-schedule as I did not have everything moved out as I had promised to do. Chad was very polite and professional regarding that situation. He rescheduled me and again arrived on time as scheduled and started the minor repairs and preparation of the concrete floor. I also had him install cabinetry, storage racks, storage units and a hanging storage system in the garage. The floor coating looks great, and I am very happy with all the additional off the floor storage that I gained. I am totally satisfied with everything done. I now have a beautiful and tricked out garage. Thank you Chad!
