Service repair man I had was friendly and offered advice it was really good and thought it was great that's why give them a five star

They were very friendly, efficient, and clean. The guy that did the actual painting has been doing it for over 30 years. They matched the color exactly.

Called immediately. Was on time to do the job. Was very informative and took the time to answer all my questions. I will be hiring him to do the AC in my new home.

Owner came out and this established a positive beginning with his company. While my air conditioner is only a couple years old and required little to no maintainenance Darin did all the things he said he would. He arrived on time and didn't pressure me with multiple upsell items or service contracts, which I found to be true with all the other companies I talked with. His inside contact on the phone was down to earth and got/gave all maintenance info with a minimum of time on my part.

I had an emergency situation at my rental property where the A/C was not functioning. This occurred late afternoon on a Friday and Doug of Freedom Air responded immediately. He got the unit working but said it was time for a replacement. I knew the unit was due to be replaced so I gave him the go ahead and he quickly replaced the old system. I would definitely use Freedom Air again and I would recommend them to others. Their fast response made my tenants happy which made me happy too.
