We were quoted almost twice as much by another company and decided to check around. The response to our email was extremely quick, the assessment and actual replacement of our unit was done in half the time we expected. My tenant in FL complained about the AC not cooling the condo down. I live in NJ & could not help. I contacted Home Advisor to find reliable companies to get estimates from. Freedom was a delight to work with, very courteous and professional. They installed on a Sat to accommodate my tenants work schedule also. I had to email them on Mon to find out how to pay for the job because they didn't even bother me about the payment over the weekend. Tenant says that it sounds great and the place is cool again! Thank you Doug & Jeannie!

As far as their CS and value excellent. The guys who worked at the home were very friendly and courteous. Really don't know how to rate the work quality because although it looks and seems to be good, not experience or qualified to say since we have never had someone perform this type of service for us. So far so good, all is working and the home is staying comfortable and cool. Our air conditioner seems to be running with less stress. Michele Faccone.
