Our AC was blown out by the recent tornado, we've been without air for 3 weeks. They were very prompt getting back to us with a estimate, they did NOT try to sell us things we did not need, and they showed up when they said they were going to. Jeanie was so helpful and understanding of our situation, thank you. Michael & Devon showed up today to do the install, they were both very professional and diligently worked on our unit to get us up and running. They cleaned up all of their mess too. Thank you Freedom Air for being a caring company and being there for us in our time of need.

The widows are no better than the installation job itself. In my case the installation was outstanding. My vinyl siding was removed and the windows went in as a new installation. The windows were Simonton 5500 and they are great. Bottom line.. I can't be happier.

Employees worked diligently and stayed on the job. I thought the owner would come and review the work. He had the workers pick up the check as they left.
