Foundation Recovery Systems

I recently and foundation channel installation and basement waterproofing. From my inspector, Shawn, to my work crewJeremy, Josh and Jacob - I had nothing but excellent work and wonderful customer service. I knew when they were coming, they were quick, efficient and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend the Springfield, Mo office.

I put a search out on Angi’s List after rain had flooded my basement. Foundation recovery system was the first to call the next morning with an appointment that day. They come out and give me a bid and a solution and then got me in for the next Friday. It was so fast, the inspector, Pat was great to work with and the guys who did the repair Chase, Tanner & Will were so efficient and they cleaned up better than it was before. They were very professional, overall it was a great experience to and unfortunate event.

Foreman, William Oliphant and Co-Forman, Darshan Conway did an excellent job. They were both very professional and very courteous. We could not have asked for better.

Since the work was done, installed sump pumps with battery backup, installed tube drain around inside perimeter of crawl space, etc, it has rained heavily for a week. The new system is working great with no flooding of crawl space, thus saving the furnace that is in crawl space. I highly recommend this company. The 3 men that did the work were courteous, worked hard and kept me informed of their progress. Great company!

life throws u curveballs and when our floor started sagging, we knew we needed help. we contacted the company and within days we had an estimate. nathaneal brewer, the field inspector, came out and made sure we understood what all needed doing, and how to fix it. he took pictures of the damaged areas, and made it easy to understand, and how to finance it all. the work date was set, and the crew, that came in, foreman, jozef and his helpers miike and garrett were very polite and easy to work with, they let us know what was happening and why, got along with our animals and worked hard to help us in an efficient and fast way to get it done. the work was done in a way that did not interrupt our daily life and faster than expected. a few glitches were address immediately and we would recommend that crew and foundation recovery to anyone needing it. thanks you guys

I met with Nathan to inspect my crawlspace to let me know what needed to be done. He was extremely knowledgeable. I was very happy to find out he, and the company, were also very ethical. The project is scheduled to be completed in timely manner. Many thanks to Nathan.

Overall, the works was performed as discussed. The sales process was uneven at best. There were some omissions by the sales person that cost us additional money and the concept of signing 19 places for a $2000 job seemed very suspicious. I would rank the selling process as a D-. Notifications regarding job scheduling were not as advertised in email causing me to reach out to make sure someone would show up. The work was preformed by two technicians that seemed to have good knowledge and worked diligently. Cleanup was acceptable. Still waiting for the promised paper invoice that was promised to be sent. If there is an alternative you might want to consider it
