They were supposed to do the crack in a concrete slab and they were supposed to level it out so that the crack would go away and seal the crack in but it didn't work. What happened was they came and they said they stabilized, they drove a bunch of holes in the slab and shot some foam into it to stabilize it and keep water from coming up in it. We didn't have a problem with water. I just wanted them to level it up so I can cement over the crack and level the floor and everything. We put down flooring and they weren't able to do what I wanted but they did fill the flooring and they shot some carping stuff into the crack but we still have to grind it down or float the whole floor with cement. We're going to have an additional cost anyway. The guy who did the work did his job well. He was the one to explain to me why he couldn't actually fix the crack. He thought he would do damage other places if he tried it. He was good. The quality and the product, I;m not really sure. It's been a month. Nothing's changed. I guess it's okay. Basically, the salesman that came and I talked to him first and he did all the measurements and everything. He told me you know there would be no problem with them adjusting the slab so that the crack pretty much went away. It's still going to be there but level it out and stuff. When the guy got there to do the work, he immediately knew he couldn't do it. They were good on punctuality. The salesman promises more than what the people who do the work can do sometimes. The guy told me if I had an offset of 3 or 4 inches that he might've been able to adjust the slab. Since it was only less than a half an inch, he couldn't do it.
