I'm a very happy customer. Crew was on time every day. Clean-up was done daily. Everyone from sales personal, office & customer service personal and crew were very knowledgeable and helpful answering all my question. Everyone was very pleasant. The job was completed on time. Within a short time, we notice the humidity level was so much better. Are windows, doors and floor were not sticking or jamming or warping any longer. We have had rain and no leaks in basement. I am a very satisfied customer.

Vertical I-beam supports were installed. The crew lead kept me informed during the whole process & explained each step. The crew was very professional & cleaned up great.

Had our crawl space incapsulated with Trevorâ ¦..Tanner and Eduardo from the Springfield office and they killed it. They went above and beyond to make us happy and our mold issues are over. We will always be grateful for their hard work and attention to detail!!! Charlie Black was our sales person and was very knowledgeable with no pressure. Great experience!!!!

I can not give these guys enough praise! They were all just awesome and efficient, hard working and extremely polite and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond working hard, they got here early and worked until the sun went down. 10/10 would definitely recommend this company.

Poor quality of work removing i interior walls and 2 x 4 and 2x2 and metal striping that held up paneled ceining, lots of unnecessary materials destroyed. Very informational. Cut copper water line I had to supply part to repair, then had no water at stool or sink, had repair myself... I am very unhappy with their work. I am 81 yrs old and I had a Son to pass away the evening before they started to work, I could not be here everyday to watch the young workers. Workers surely need more training... My basement was a disaster and I thinking I will be unable to get it repaired in my lifetime. It sure was not worth the amount of money I had to pay, was unable to get the information and help I needed from managers, or anyone else when I wanted I had questions, I am so overwhelmed and so disappointed with the way they treated and information that they should of told me
