David “Mac” McDaniel was my certified field inspector and from the first conversation over the phone to the moment he left my home after conducting an inspection he was polite, professional and easy to understand and talk to. He was eager to answer all of my questions and to make sure I was satisfied with the information he provided for the work that needs to be done on my home. Mac is very much the kind of person that treats you (and your pets) like family. The company also provides a plethora of information and resolutions to any of your foundation needs. I highly recommend this company and Mac! Thank you, Mac!

Sales people just like to sell that is all the work they did was so poor instead of raising the walkway correctly the technician made it worse every time it rained water kept running in the crawl space the only good part about the company is they gave half of my money back

Great! The crew, Jay King, Tyler S, Matt Baker, and David King, were professional and knowledgeable. A worker for an additional project who accessed the crawlspace, not Foundation Recovery Systems, came out and complimented the work that was done. High praise. Tyler came out to do an assessment on what I needed done. He was courteous and provided important information. Daryl and Rick came out to do the work, and both were helpful and efficient. They took care in what they did, and cleaned up afterwards. I would contact FRS again if I needed more work of this type done.

Used Angi to book appointments for Thursday. Got a text asking to reschedule for Friday at 11. No one showed up or answered the phone I got a text from. Downloaded the Angie App and contacted FRS. They told me their system shows it as canceled. They also said they don't do the type of work I needed done. Why would you take the job then and waste days of my time when I'm in need of an emergency repair??? Not cool at all!
