The owner David Hill came right over. He assessed that I needed a new water heater, ordered the right one and installed first thing in the morning the next day. Great company, I highly recommend.

Reliable service - trained and professional employees

I was stood up by a local plumber so I contacted Express Plumbing. I explained that we have renters coming in in two days and the tub hot water valve was leaking. They took on the problem as if it were their own and came with 2 hours (it was 3pm when I called), rebuilt a 30+ year old valve and solved the problem. It was expensive $325, but dealt with the problem completely.

Arrive on time and was very pleasant.

The guys were professional and kind and did there job well.. The price was just very expensive for what was done..

My issue is the cost. We requested a price before they got to the house. We were told we'd receive an estimate once they arrived. We needed to reapply plumbers puddy to the sink drain and re-tighten. This was less than 30 mins start to finish and cost $250. If he told us min $250 over the phone we would have said no, but once in the house my wife just wanted it fixed to avoid the additional aggravation of trying to find another plumber. Lesson, insist on a price prior so you can leave your choices open. Quality won't be sure until we use the sink for a few days. Customer service would be high if he told us a $250 min over the phone instead of sending out high pressure situation in person.

Great service. The repairman was right on time and friendly. He knew exactly what to do and fixed the problem. I felt that the price was a little high but I was completely satisfied with the outcome. I would use the company again.
