Dave Hill, the owner, returned my call almost instantly. I was able to provide an accurate description of the service required and got a quote on the phone. I liked his passion and enthusiasm, we had a good conversation about who Express Plumbing was and although I was comfortable with him, I had to check four service provides, one was $1100 higher, another wanted to charge $50 just assuming he would be high too I moved on the last. The fourth Plumber was slightly lower in price, but not by much. Express was in business much longer and I felt confident they were the right choice. The owner and his helper showed up on time and did a better job with the gas pipe than I was expecting, but hiding it under the house instead of along the house where it originally was. When the water line was replaced, I requested one change and they did not hesitate to comply...and did not increase the price. I will recommend them and use them again if the need comes up.

I highly recommend Express Plumbing. Not only was the job done right, but they went the extra mile to make the project as aesthetically pleasing as possible. Also, they were patient, kind and courteous and I sensed within the first few minutes that I had found a trustworthy plumber. I will definitely hire them for my next project!

on the phone, my description of recommended repairs was based on a home inspectors recommendation. It turned out that he had assessed the problem incorrectly, and express plumbing had two big jobs , not two small jobs. He showed me the actual problems, repaired them.

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
