I had a great experience with this service. I had a 20 year old hot water heater that needed replacement. He called me back within moments of placing the request with Service Magic. Within 2 hours he was at my house and pulling the old hot water heater out. He was very honest about the difficult position of the heater and how much it would cost to do the whole job. The work was done neatly and efficiently. We even discussed possible replacement of my aging furnace and I intend to schedule that service soon.

Dave responded to my request quickly, was punctual and polite. He completed the job in an expedient manner, while working in an extremely neat and organized fashion. I have already used Dave for a second project, and plan for him to do some additonal work for me in the near future. I can honestly say that I recommend David Hill without hesitation.

We discovered our hot water heater tank was leaking on the Sunday before President's day. On President's Day, most all the local plumbers I called were unavailable. Before I had even gotten off the computer, Dave was on the phone to me. He could be to our house in the next few hours. Dave came, evaluated our situation & made recommendations on the tankless water heater & both pro's and cons'. We decided to stay with a traditional tank, which was 1/3 less cost than installing the tankless. Dave could have just done the job & charged us a fortune but took the time to give us a honest opinion.
