Dave wasn't able to fix our problem, but was able to tell us what was wrong, and make a recommendation. The fix he tried required a new part, which he didn't charge us for once he realized it wasn't the problem.

We had gotton an estimate from another plumber that was$150 more thann David's. David came as soon as we called him even though he was 45 minutes away and it was very late on Friday afternoon. He was able to fix the clogged drain in a very short time and he was very courteous and professional. I would definitely use him again and I will highly recommend him.

We had a broken fitting at our water main at the street. Express showed up as promised on a Saturday morning and fixed the problem the same day without unnecessarily breaking our concrete walkway as other contractors said was needed. The price was more than orignally quoted on the phone, however, still was ok since the temp was very cold and the work had to be done asap. I would call them again if I need a plumber.

He called me immediately after I got off the phone with your representative. He came the next morning at 9 am. I was very happy with his service.
