Good customer service on the phone. Competitive pricing. Quick appointment made and on time. I had two outdoor frost proof valves replaced. All work and materials were good. The only reason I did not give a five is that one valve that was replaced was not fastened to the outside foundation. At the time it was installed it did seem very tight and that it would not move. After using it a few times it did start moving a bit. I put a lag in it to hold it in place. In fairness I did not contact Express about this. Had I perhaps they would have came back to take care of it.

Work was fine, but seemed kind of expensive, around $225 to replace one part in a toilet. I didn't get any other estimates, so I don't know if that was unusually high or was about the going rate for such a job.
