I have to admit I was expecting an older guy, but nonetheless, Eric is a young hardworking kid who will never disappoint. I hired Eric for two projects I needed done this year: 1) fix my old falling gate outside that has rotted to its foundation, and 2) build me some shelvings for a space under the stairs that I re-purosed to be a pantry room. In both jobs, he was as easy person to talk to - from planning, designing, scheduling, to agreeing on the cost. He did a good job for both the outside and inside projects I gave him. He can improve a bit on the "finished" look but otherwise, his ethics and work manners are very pleasing.

Eric did a great job! He gave explanation of how he was going to build cover before he started. He built frame, I painted and then had to delay finishing due to another job. Not a big deal to me as my goal was to get it done before 'it rained'. Which he did. He built a cover over patio using SunTuf PolyCarb materials. Looks great and quality workmanship. Even added a gutter, which he said wasn't his specialty. He stayed in touch and made sure I was happy with his plan. Overall, job turned out excellent. I would use him again. He's a hard worker aiming to please the customer. Fair price too

Eric did a great job. We hired Eric to remove and replace an old concrete patio, He is a hard worker and strives to satisfy the customer. Attention to detail and competitively priced. Give him a try.

Eric has some valuable and rare qualities: strong work ethic, he listens to what the customer is saying, he has pride in his work. We are very pleased with the work that was done; we even added an extra job and Eric discussed our inquiry, and added the addition without any problem. We love it and we will be hiring him for our next project. He is a 5+ in every aspect out of 5 quotes we got a winner.
