Very reasonable price. I had an 80' long retaining wall built to level off my property and protect my foundation. He and another worker came out on the 2 hottest days we've had and knocked it out. He used good quality materials and has his own equipment to handle this size job. He and his worker were both very polite and respectful to me and my property. They cleaned up at night and tried to minimize the impact of their work to the rest of my property. This is someone to remember for other projects. Thanks Eric!!

Eric took care of every aspect of removing an old and severely cracked garage floor to installing a new concrete floor. Very personable and professional, great price, great work, great product.

I initially hired Erics Quality Building to replace my fence that was falling down. When I discovered that they also do siding, I asked for a quote to replace the rotting and cracked siding on my manufactured home. Eric gave me a more than fair deal on the entire project. For slightly more than what larger companies quoted to replace the siding only on the house (with vinyl), I ended up with a new cedar fence, all new fiber/cement siding (with fresh paint) on both the house and garage, all new windows on the house, all new gutters, new skirting, and new front door. Eric and his crew were friendly and respectful. They worked hard and did a fantastic job. Eric kept me up-to-date on what was happening when, if they ran into any snags or surprises, and made sound recommendations. He rearranged his schedule to accommodate my last minute request to add new windows. This was my first foray into the world of home improvement and I have heard/read horror stories of sleazy, underhanded contractors, so I was wary when I started this project. My experience was just the opposite. Eric is refreshingly honest and ethical. He takes pride in the quality of his company s work, and cares about the client s happiness with the finished product. The new fence is beautiful; the house looks fresh and welcoming. I would absolutely recommend Erics Quality Building for whatever home improvement project you may have.

I was once were you are at - searching the internet wondering if this contractor was the right one for the job. In Short: Go hire him (right now) before his schedule fills up -- then come back to this review and read why you just made a great decision. This is a clean-cut young man with excellent skills and runs a business the way it should be run. In a world of shady contractors, Eric is a undiscovered gem. He won't be the cheapest bid, but he certainly does an honest day’s work for an honest day’s pay -- I had no issues writing him a check. Eric poured a concrete driveway for my trailer, which included posts for a fence, and a graveled area. We agreed on a price, set a project start date, duration, and everything went as planned. The quality was outstanding! Whether you're a home owner or looking for a sub-contractor - Eric is your man. He lets you know when to expect him on the job site, the work to be done for the day, assures you are always on the same page, and keeps you informed throughout the project. I watched as the driveway was poured (I was curious as to the process) and overheard the cement truck and concrete pumping guys talking. They were impressed on how easy Eric made their jobs. How everyone was there on time, Eric explained how the pour was going to proceed, and there weren't any delays – Guys Luv it when they can get-in, get-out, and get-on to the next job. From the moment the cement starts pouring - the clock is ticking before it hardens. It's impressive to see Eric work cement, form the driveway, and orchestrate 5 other guys -- all at the same time. It can be a stressful time, but Eric was a Kool-Kat who had a handle on everything. I work in technology where perfection is the expectation, so I pay attention to the details. I also work as a project manager, so I know how difficult it is to make sure all the moving parts mesh together seamlessly. After reading the other reviews and watching Eric work - It's clear to see... A little bit of Eric goes into each of his projects and you can see his sense of pride in a serving others with a job well done.

In addition to the porch they also built a concrete ramp/sidewalk from the porch to the driveway and widened the driveway. Everything looks beautiful. Both workers were polite considerate and willing to discuss each step of the project and make changes to get the best outcome. Always showed up and called if running a little late. When finished cleaned up and pressure washed the area. Excellent work ethic.

Great company!! Came out right away when I called to set up for and estimate, very reasonably priced and high quality job. Fence looks great and job was completed very quickly.
