The company staff person was able to provide us with the fence we imagined and was able to educate us on the differences between the choices of wood . This person responded to our emails and was patient with answering questions and revision of the fence according to our budget ! This person was friendly and knowledgeable about the variation of fences and the shared with us the process

Communication with Ergeon via the initial video meeting went well. But before we accepted the bid, we expressed concern about prior customer evaluations that mentioned the lack of communication. The Ergeon rep assured us that these concerns had been addressed and that we?d have access to a project manager to deal with any issues before and during the installation. Ergeon didn?t do a site visit prior to the job. The contractor did not show up on the scheduled day of the job; Ergeon didn?t contact us to let us know nor did they reply to our texts and calls. The contractor did arrive the next day and did a great job installing the fence. The price to install the fence was reasonable and the quality of the cedar fence is fine. However, communication is sorely lacking.

There was struggles in the project and at first the installer cancelled without explanation or notice. Ergeon management reached out to me directly and did everything in their power to make it right.

Very negative experience with little communication. Day that the project was supposed to happen no one showed up with no communication. Multiple calls and messages not returned till the evening. Reported “the truck got stuck twice” and someone will be there in 30 minutes. Again no one showed up. Multiple messages and calls again with no response for hours. When responding reported they were not coming.
