Rodnie was great! He contacted us almost immediately after we requested a quote and was able to see us the very next day. He was on time, extremely professional, and extremely friendly. He walked us through the process very thoroughly and was quick and efficient. Before he left, he made sure we understood everything he had done, and what the next steps of the process would be and the timing of said steps. And everything happened exactly as he said it would.
