We I had a mole issue in our bathroom and we thought it was mold but we had put it off because not being able to afford testing and we. Found this company with a price that was very reasonable and they were able to come in and do the testing for us which was a huge help and allowed us. To get this resolved instead of putting it off because of the cost they were very responsive. Respectful I would definitely hire them again

Given what I experienced with Rodnie Gonzales, the one who performed the test October 2022, I am not sure I believe his test results are true. If you are acrooked in one area you can notbe trusted in others. Mr. Gonzales came to my house I rented and did a mold inspection for me AND the homeowner on separate occasions. I have the homeowner and Mr. Gonzales on video talking smack. The homeowner was trying to corroborate his story about knowledge of the mold and Mr. Gonzales who was merely there to do a job and nothing more chimed in saying, Yeah, she only officially notified you of the mold on............ Mr. Gonzales did know squat about what I reported to the homeowner or even when. He should have remained neutral and kept his mouth shut but he did not Not very smart there are you, Rodnie? I have all this on video which I am using in court in a lawsuit against that homeowner. The homeowner told Rodnie, I am not responding to any of her emails Rodnie responds, I do not blame you Got you on video Rodnie. Again, NOT a smart thing to do or say and not professional either. He then talked about the homeowner to us behind the homeowners back saying, Yeah, I have dealt with landlords like yours who are scum lords who do not want to make things right and only want to collect rent every month. Beware people that is all I have to say. All these good ratings and unprofessional behavior like this? SMH. You cannot trust anyone anymore

We regret that you were not satisfied with your experience. In regard to your concern of testing accuracy, we use an independent third-party laboratory that is nationally recognized. The lab report provided was a direct copy from them and can be verified by calling the contact number at the top of the report. In this case, when the samples returned from the lab, the homeowner was provided with a remediation protocol to fix the issue and asked us to return to take additional samples to ensure that no other areas had been contaminated. This was why testing was done on multiple occasions. As for conversations with our client, we do not offer legal advice but do explain to customers how to prevent mold contaminations in the future and what the Texas requirements are for safe remediation. On this project you asked that we insist the homeowner provide significant upgrades such as flooring options during the reconstruction process. This is something that we are not legally allowed to do as it is out of our scope of work. Upon completion of the project, the home was tested again to ensure that remediation efforts were successful. When the lab results determined the home was safe, the homeowner was awarded a Certificate of Mold Damage Remediation (CMDR). We take pride in servicing our community and ensuring that our customer homes are safe. All actions taken in this project were within state regulations.
