Brian called me the day after I submited my request to Service Magic for drapery repair. He came promptly and took my two balloon window treatments for cleaning. He also put together one of the drapes which came apart when the old rod broke. It took a little over a week to remake the drapes as it was not an easy task. I would use Eldon Drapery again for my next window treatment project.

BRIAN DID AN EXCELLENT JOB IN ASSISTING US IN SELECTING A COMPLEMENTARY FABRIC AND COLOR TO REPLACE ONE OF THE PANELS THAT WAS DAMAGED BEYOND REPAIR. HE WAS COUTEOUS AND WORKED EFFECIENTLY IN THE REMOVAL AND RE-INSTALLATION PROCESSES. CLEANING AND RETURN WERE ACCOMPLISHED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE AGREED TO SCHEDULE. We were fortunate to have Brian come to our home as he not only did an outstanding job and the blinds were cleaned so beautifully they look brand new, but he took a sincere interest in our situation and we feel that he deserves about 100 stars for the work he did.
