I was not satisfied with the service I received. I asked that he come back to look at the drapes - stains not removed and curtains not paired for color - but he did not come back.

Brian came and evaluated my 30 year old curtains, and determined they were not able to withstand cleaning. He had a similar fabric sample that was durable and good looking. He took careful measure of each opening and gave me a great quote for custom made curtains. During installation he completely serviced my traverse rods cleaning, dry lubrication, and adjusted the pull ropes and anchored them with new spring tension pulleys. Top notch job! My Wife and I are extremely happy with the look, of these very nice curtains. One of the few TRUE Craftsman in the industry.

Brain is very professional and learned about drapes from his grandmother as a youngster so he has been around and knows EVERYTHING about drapes. When I explained the problems over the phone he knew exactly what needed to be done. He had the drapes cleaned and then repaired. The drapes which are 8 years old now look brand new and I am VERY satisfied with his service and the results.
