I hired him before, and he did an excellent job. The job he did previously shows an expertize that I did not know existed in the drapery business. At that time he repaired damage to my drapes by a local cleaners. Due to his repairs, my drapes look like new. This time he repaired the mechanism to a different set of drapes. He was fast and very efficient.

Set appt for 5 p.m. He called a little before that and said he was on the way. Arrived before time and finished in about ten minutes. Very well done and professional about it. Even gave me a new spring for the frapery cord for free. I would use them again.

For the free estimate the man was here by 10am. To pick drapes for cleaning he was here by 10am. 7 days later the drapes were to be returned. At 1pm I called to see when I could expect him, his response "Oh I forgot" I wan firm that I must have them the next day. When he called (approx10am) he advised he was having car troubles but would keep me posted as I had various appts that day. By 3pm he said that would be on his way. at 4pm he arrived with the drapes. While hanging them he managed to soil them in a couple spots and offered to re-do them, I said NO. He did take off $20.00 from the $170.00 bill.

We had to replace mini blinds and drapes, and wanted to have them up before out of town guests arrived to spend Christmas with us. Brian at eldon drapes and blinds brought us outstanding blinds and drapes, on time, and did a fabulous installation job. This was an exceptional experience, and many thanks to service magic for helping us find him!
