Was able schedule in week and did complete job by 4 . After crew left you would not know they were here. Name seems appropriate to job they did. Very satisfied.

Under the leadership of Dean Ladon, we had an awesome experience with him from the time we met him to get a quote and installation of a Daikin mini split air conditioner in our dining room and installation of a window air conditioner in the upstairs hallway. This was the second time Tim has done work for me. He installed the heating system two years ago and now the central air conditioning. His crew was very fast, clean and pleasant. I could not ask for better service.. My son, who is in the business out of state, said the price was very good.

Very professional, stayed on as promised, no price changes, came on time, and cleaned up completely. I really appreciated how Tim took the time to show me how to use the new unit and then also how and where to maintain it. In three words, THEY WERE GREAT!

Dean and Leonard are experts. Our old AC went out during heatwave early May. I was reluctant to replace just the 30 year old AC and leave it pumped with the blower attached to the 20 year old furnace. Was now the time to replace both? It was 9:30 pm when I put in my details and Leonard S called me. Thorough & knowledge of the industry he explained all my optionsâ passionateâ he spoke to me about my options. He introduced me to Dean who was equally passionate and knowledgeable. He came over and confirmed the estimate and answered all my practical and logistics questions. We opted for an American Stanard Heat Pump sytem to replace furnace and AC. They arrived on time and did the job in a single day as promised and on budget. (we did shop and their prices were betterâ but more importantly I knew i could trust them) The job was expertly done, timely, neat and complete. Even after the install Dean went out of his way to explain and address questions on the specifics of the unit and my questions even re exhaust fan and a dehumidifier that were in the attic space near the blower. My highest recommendationsâ 5 STAR all around!

Tim is very knowledgable and thorough and this company is priced right in the middle.

Worked with Tim - was looking for new HVAC system. He was honest and provided the best price for what you got (literally thousands of dollars cheaper from other options I was finding). Was very communicative and easy to work with. He made sure to educate you on the ins-and-outs of HVAC systems, and did not try to upsell you like other companies might do. He and Efficiency Air definitely got me as a new continued client.

Dean installed six separate systems for our building and got it done swiftly in a professional manner. Cant recommend them enough!
