"I had a 2 year old outdoor ceiling fan that stopped working. No one including the manufacturer wanted to repair it. Freddi came to our home took the fan a part but couldn't fix it. However, he suggested swapping a fan from an area that didn't get much use with the non working fan. To our surprise the non working fan started working after it was reinstalled. Problem solved!
