"Dean and Leonard are experts. Our old AC went out during heatwave early May. I was reluctant to replace just the 30 year old AC and leave it pumped with the blower attached to the 20 year old furnace. Was now the time to replace both? It was 9:30 pm when I put in my details and Leonard S called me. Thorough & knowledge of the industry he explained all my optionsâ passionateâ he spoke to me about my options. He introduced me to Dean who was equally passionate and knowledgeable. He came over and confirmed the estimate and answered all my practical and logistics questions. We opted for an American Stanard Heat Pump sytem to replace furnace and AC. They arrived on time and did the job in a single day as promised and on budget. (we did shop and their prices were betterâ but more importantly I knew i could trust them) The job was expertly done, timely, neat and complete. Even after the install Dean went out of his way to explain and address questions on the specifics of the unit and my questions even re exhaust fan and a dehumidifier that were in the attic space near the blower.
