"I understand that contractor schedules do not always accommodate my scenario, but at 8:30 a.m. I noticed that my water heater was leaking across the entire garage floor. I called them immediately. They were finishing up another job and told me they be at my house within an hour. (During that time I researched the best brands, pricing and labor costs so that I could make an informed decision about their quote.) They arrived promptly, answered all my questions, quoted very competitively and by 12:30 pm I had a brand new, high quality water heater installed, in a professional manner. They even replaced a small part in a leaky toilet and helped me fill out the registration and extended warranty paperwork on the water heater at no extra cost for the time it took. From beginning to end, all I had to do was call them, open the garage door, point to the water heater and they did the rest - including hauling away my old water heater. I have utilized Marc and Ean in the past for a major sewer lining job and I can now say with confidence, no matter how large or small the job - these are the guys to call. In fact, they are now on my speed dial."

They were called to give a second opinion on a job that a big company wanted a huge amount of money for. After checking and confirming that the big company was correct, not only did they not charge me for the extra work they did, but they got back to me with a significantly lower price. Then they came and got the job done in only 1 day; whereas the big company, with all their resources, said it would probably take 2-3 days, requiring permits, inspections, etc. And on top of it all, theyâ re really nice guys willing to offer clear explanations for any and all plumbing questions, readily willing to refer your business to another company if they feel itâ s outside of their competency areas. He came when he said he would, he was able to handle the Tenants very professional and he took control of this project knowing the importance. "Javier scoped the main sewer line and accounted for each water outflow (kitchen, toilets, bathroom sinks, shower, bathtub and laundry). He showed me the line breakage and how the water was slowly seeping into the ground. I felt comfortable with him since he was so detailed and understood where to dig (instead of disrupting the whole yard/garden area). We were concerned about how dirty the job could be, but they tried to keep the movement of dirt to a minimum. As they finished the job each day, they cleaned up the area and getting it ready for the next days work. They only had to shut off the water/sewer usage for one day which made my 91 year old mom happy, We replaced and installed a new sewer system. The pipes to the kitchen, toilets, sinks, tub/shower and laundry were all replaced. They installed rebar dowels before cementing the floors. Upon completion of the whole project they put the yard/garden area back in order. Javier and crew did an outstanding job."

"Esteban did a great job. He made some recommendations based on our needs. He took out most of the old cast iron pipe that was corroded and replaced with ABS black plastic. He also installed a valve, so we could use the wash machine water to water the backyard trees and plants. A goal was to minimize damage to the exterior stucco, and he used drills instead of hammers to go through. He listened to our questions and made some recommendations to avoid leaks. I hired him to do some additional work the last plumber did wrong, and he did it at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Esteban Plumbing."
