We hired Efficiency Air to do our double level total HVAC replacement. It was time, we knew, but the choices were somewhat intimidating. Tim took that factor away entirely. He is so knowledgable and so confident in his company's ability to perform, he simply has no reason to upsell or overpromise or even put you off with vagueness. You already know what he says is the truth and then he proves it. In our case, the least accurate thing he said was that his price would probably be a little higher than others'. It turned out he found a deal on a heat pump that qualified for a $1500 rebate from the SCAQMD that no one else had found (not even me, and I am very good at that stuff). So, his price was right in line with others, but our confidence level in the work is much higher. Finally, I forgot to tell them that my roof drain line was blocked and asked them to come back and redirect it. They came the next day and did it gratis. You just can't ask more more than that.

We just had our entire HVAC system and duct work replaced by Efficiency Air and the entire process was a breeze from our very first meeting until it was completed in just one install day! Tim was incredibly knowledgeable and broke down every aspect of the products and process to make sure we understood all of the information to make an informed decision that was best for our house. We proceeded to get other quotes just in case but each time we felt underwhelmed by their lack of response incredibly high prices. Tim even answered all of our questions as we needed clarification with the other bids. We knew from the beginning he was someone we could trust and he proved that to be true! They started early on the install day and were done even sooner than we expected in just one day! They even discovered some problems with our plumbing and fixed it no additional charges even though it was much more work than they anticipated and he kept the price he had quoted us just as he promised he would even with the additional labor our job required. His crew was very nice and didn’t mind that our kids kept getting in the way. Our System is working amazing and we are very happy we chose to have it replaced by them. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of service or replacement!

Tim Mitchell came out and inspected everything before he gave us a ball park estimate. He was thorough, patient, and most of all respectful. He gave us a fair price. He was here at the start of the job, checking in with his crew throughout. He was also here when they finished and made sure everything was installed the way it should be. Tim from Efficiency Air was absolutely the best. He is punctual, professional, honest, knowledgeable and patient. He took the extra time to answer our many questions about the new HVAC system - new a/c, furnace and ducting - and gave excellent advice about the best way to handle our project. The crew were clean, pleasant and worked hard! They all did a fabulous job, everything that was promised they delivered. Our install was very challenging and they completed it on time and new system works beautifully. Would definitely recommend!

Efficient is the perfect word to describe this company. A highly professional installation team arrived early in the morning and the job was completed prior to noon. We had a new HVAC heat pump system installed to replace a gas-fired system. Pricing was on point. The system is virtually noise-free compared to that which was removed. Tim, the Owner was very easy to deal with on every level (no hard sell). Highly recommend.
