Dean and his crew were very professional, installing everything in one day. They came at 7:00am and we're gone by 2:30 cleaning up after themselves and showing me how to work the equipment. We could not be happier. Dean is very nice, even before he started the job, answering all my mirad of questions via text. We have never had an air conditioner in our house before so this was from scatch and I was worried about different aspects of the job. There was no pressure selling or up selling once they got here. Dean asked if I wanted a WI-FI thermostat, but I said no and that was it. No pressure. The price I was quoted was the price I paid. Thank you Dean and thank you to your crew. Tim with Efficiency Air out of Ventura, Ca was great. I selected Efficiency Air after receiving three bids. Tim personally bid the job and followed with a second visit when I informed him of my decision to award the bid. Tim was on-site during the entire installatIon. He and his crew replaced my heating and air conditioning units plus new ductwork in less than one day. I would like to commend Efficiency Air. We wanted to move our furnace into the attic and got three quotes for the project. Tim Mitchell, the owner, is a specialist in duct design, quoted the project personally, and was on-site during the installation making sure the job went smoothly. They installed a new heater in our attic, with new air ducts, vents and an air purifier/filter. They were extremely efficient, the team was very friendly and polite, and did a fantastic job. Our old heater was very loud and we can barely tell when the new heater is running! One thing I did not expect is how much space the new ducting created in the attic. The layout, and the configuration are fantastic. The quote they gave us was excellent, literally half the price of the highest company. One company also wanted to charge us an annual fee of $400 to come and replace the filters which is not necessary with the system we got from Efficiency Air. Both of the other quotes wanted 2 to 3 days to do the project and Efficiency Air completed the job in 6 hours.
