This company is top notch. I got quotes from 4 different companies, and right away I loved how Tim Mitchell thought about the project. He was the first to suggest a configuration that will end up affecting our future kitchen remodel for the better. He's a great communicator, friendly, punctual, has high integrity, and even ended up answering my teen son's questions about what it's like to work in HVAC for an hour at the end of the install day. AND he stayed longer to work out the app for the thermostat I insisted on when it wasn't his preference and he didn't even complain. All that and their pricing was if not the most reasonable, very close to it. Definitely an excellent value, as this company is a gem! Finally, all of the guys seemed to enjoy working together, which shows he also treats his people well. I cannot say enough great things, they have my absolute highest recommendation!

After getting inspections and estimates from several contractors I picked Effincincy Air Inc. To perform the job. DEAN and his team were amazing .During inspection Dean was extra through in his investigation and assessment of the property, the current AC system and all aspects to watch for. They also came up with a competitive price. Installment of the new unit went smoothly, and they were very careful with my unit. I am very happy with this company and I recommend it sincerely. Vadim (Dan) contact me after I ask for estimate for AC replacement. He come to my place to estimate the job to be done by replacing my heat pump. We struck a deal and the AC was replaced in three day after his visit. Dan and his team did very good job and now I enjoy the new enhanced AC. Thank you Dan.

We needed to have our ancient a/c replaced, and we opted to replace our aging heating system at the same time. Tim was wonderful to work with. My husband and I appreciated the time he spent with us. He went over every aspect of the process, and the equipment that he recommended. We both felt that we were able to make a well-informed decision. I had gotten four other estimates from other highly rated companies, but Efficiency Air gave us the best quote, as well as the best warranties. The price included the cost of inspections, which some of the other quotes did not. Tim and his wonderful team delivered everything he said they would. They were all pros. He was onsite for the installation, and he was there at the finish line. Everything went very smoothly. They had the whole project finished in under 5 hours. Throughout the process, Tim was available, and he made us feel very well taken care of. I am so glad we opted to work with Efficiency Air.

Tim did a fantastic job answering my questions and being upfront with his pricing and process. The job was more expensive then I had planned but Tim not only gave me the best price of the estimates I received, but was able to help with some non-standard details with the job. I learned a great deal about heat pumps and general HVAC processes. Tim kept all of his promises, arrived on time, and kept me informed at every step. I really felt that he was not trying to sell me anything and that he established a trust right away. I would absolutely recommend Efficiency Air to anyone - I wish all contractors would operate like them.

The company had good reviews and Dean was personable and professional. Dean and his crew came the next day and installed the new furnace. They did a great job and cleaned up nicely before they left.
