After getting quotes from several companies, Efficiency Air was by far the most knowledgeable, honest and the best priced. They worked to complete the job in a timely manner and cleaned up everything like nothing happened. I would recommend Efficiency Air for your heating and Air Needs. Tim Mitchell was excellent to work with and a great communicator .

Their work is excellent and very competitively priced. Competiors werenâ t as knowledgeable nor as available and able as the Efficiency Air Team. Dean in particular has been with me every step of the way. clean replacement of our old ac and old furnace with a new quieter more efficient heat pump. job well done and at quoted price. Follow through was beyond excellent. Months later the thermostat which was not even his installation developed a shortâ he took my message on a thursday night and he replaced it with a new high end Nest thermostat. the next day! and it works well

Can't recommend Dean and Efficiency Air enough. After getting quotes from 4 different companies we were lucky enough to try one more and I couldn't believe how much Dean knew about HVAC systems and all of the different brands, as well as being even on top of future HVAC government regulations and rebates! They do business the old fashion way and will work on the job until you are satisfied. Dean and Efficiency Air are what HVAC Legend is made of.

They were absolutely excellent in every regard. They arrived on time, completed the install in just 2 hours and 15 minutes, cleaned up thoroughly, and even reviewed how to operate the unit. Tim in particular was excellent to work with. He was very professional, personable, reliable, answered all my questions, and showed a great camaraderie with his whole team. All this and they were THOUSANDS less than the other bid we got. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Quick response to contact. Took time to explain advantages and disadvantages of heat pumps. Gave complete quote for system he thought would best suit our needs. Was able schedule in week and did complete job by 4 . After crew left you would not know they were here. Name seems appropriate to job they did. Very satisfied.

Under the leadership of Dean Ladon, we had an awesome experience with him from the time we met him to get a quote and installation of a Daikin mini split air conditioner in our dining room and installation of a window air conditioner in the upstairs hallway.
