BK Paul was very professional and extremely nice to work with.--even though we talked to him for a very short time. His review of the work that was needed was clear and concise. We could tell that he was an experienced professional. We haven't gone to the next step because the contractor, William Bess, gave us a non-binding quote that the cost was much more than expected. We are trying to regroup and find the best solution to go forward. We did not see or speak with Willard Decker.

Very knowledgeable in his field. I am a general contractor that needed a structural issue resolved. Mr. Paul worked well with myself and my client, addressing the issues in terminology that we could all understand. I have scheduled two additional clients with Mr. Paul as a result of the professional and courteous service that he extends.

Nice guy, and very knowledgeable, however for the price I paid, I did not receive anything in writing (a short summary would have been nice) and I didn't even receive a receipt. All I received was some verbal advice, which, as a layperson, I'm not sure that I can remember or relay to my contractors.
Response from Company:
Customer did not want a report and or plan for her remodel but noted in her ratings that she was not given any report. You get what you pay for. Contractor said that he can work with the input I have provided, therefore, there is no need for report or plan. Report or plan cost additional fee which customer didn't want to spend. What can be done? Please make your own judgement.
