Hired BK for a consultation on structural modifications to ridge beam roof. Very prompt service. Quickly evaluated it for me. Would use his firm again.

Initial home advisor email response was poorly written and somewhat off-putting. I'm glad we gave them a try though as they really hustled to help us make a tight deadline and our submitted plans were approved immediately. I recommend their service.

The man from Bangladesh had little knowledge of building construction and suggested ineffective or uneccesary proposals. He was extremely unprofessional and quite unqualified, and charged $100 more per building than the next firm that I hired. They were REAL structural engineers. I'm an engineer myself and know one when I see one. Do your customers a favor and take him off your list. Nick J

They were very prompt and professional in coming out and giving me their advise on a retaining wall problem. Their written report was excellent.

We have only had one meeting so far. He was very responsive and very professional. I cannot fully rate him till the proect is complete.

Funny guy with very thick accent. Didn't inspire confidence, but knew the catalog numbers for the Simpson metal parts off the top of his head. Came up with a practical and cost effective solution. One contractor wanted $6300 to fix the damage, the engineer came up with a plan that will cost about $1000. He called us later because he was worried about us and wanted to make sure things were going well. Ended up a great experience.

Bishwendu was very profressional and helped us find a practical solution. We have his card now and I am sure we will be calling him again for help in our projects in the future.

Working with BK was very enjoyable. He was very professional and timely. The plans he created for us were accepted by the city no problem. He was always easy to get ahold of and worked around our schedule. I would definately recommend ESI.

Very low fee for the initial inspection to determine which are my load bearing walls. Turned out we won't need architectural and engineering plans for our project, but if we did they can provide both. Very knowledgeable and honest. Understand what the client is trying to accomplish.
