He was early, but waited for us. He recommended a repair and suggested that we order the part online ourselves, thus saving Markups that one usually are added by a contractor. His basic call fee was very reasonable and would be deducted from any work beyond the diagnosis. A very, very good tech at a great value! Thank you Eli!

We are so happy we hired Eli. He was prompt, professional, friendly, quick, thorough... everything you want in a company. He disinstalled a washer, reinstalled the new one, and changed the vent hose. His price was so reasonable I nearly fell over. I would recommend him HIGHLY.

Eli came to look at our dryer and refrigerator the same day that I contacted him. He was able to find the problem with both that night and came back when the parts he needed came in. Eli worked around my schedule and was easy to contact. Both the appliances are now working properly. I would definitely call him again and recommend him to others.
