I was a new customer, I was referred by a friend and when I called him that morning he came out to my restaurant that same day. I told him that I did not have extra freezer space and I could potentially lose a few thousand in the product. He was able to come late that night. Very professional and efficient. After his service, I would never use anyone else, and 1000% recommend him!

Our experience with Day and Night appliance (Eli) goes beyond 5 stars. If we could give 10 stars we would. He is knowledgeable about all aspects of appliances. He tells you straight what needs to be done and how he will fix it. He is very honest and can be trusted! This is important to us.

Eli is just unbelievable. He is very knowledgeable and was quick to pick up on two separate problems we had with our refrigerator. One being the temperature control and the other being an issue with our ice maker. He immediately explained the issues and returned the following day with the necessary parts and fixed both issues. He is very reasonable on his prices and checked with me the following day to make sure everything was working properly. He is a true professional and a satisfied customer is his top priority. He has a customer in me for life!

We were so pleased with his repair of our oven several months ago, we had him back to repair our toaster which was the best toaster we had ever had.. As with our earlier experience, Eli came out on a Saturday, identified and fixed the problem. He was totally professional, skilled, friendly, fair priced and we were completely happy with the results. Among a handful of the best repairmen we have encountered in over 50 years in several locations in the U.S.
