Eli can fix anything! And he gives you clear descriptions of what heâ s doing and whyâ which I appreciate. He has repaired my refrigerator, my (very old, but good quality) Miele washer and dryer.

I cannot recommend Eli more. He REPAIRED my refrigerator, where others wouldnâ t touch it and wanted to replace it. He was able to fix the sophisticated electronics with special parts he sourced and ordered and replaced a gasket that, again, others wouldnâ t touch. He showed up when he said he would and went the extra mile. I will be using his services again when need arises and recommending him to everyone I know. THANK YOU!!

Eli was more than accommodating! Our washing machine needed repair and was less than a year old. Eli squeezed us into a busy schedule on a Saturday night, arrived and assessed our problem. He quoted the repair and suggested we contact the manufacturer. The manufacturersâ s certified technician showed up 4 DAYS later, could not diagnose the issue until we suggested Eliâ s findings. They then said would have to order parts and not be able to return for 3 WEEKS!!! 3 weeks without a washing machine in a pandemic!?! This was the best a certified Electrolux technician could offer? We called Eli and he arrived the next morning with authentic machine parts (not after market) and had the washer repaired in less than 1 hour. His price was more than fair and only charged us for 1 service call, even though he had come to our home twice. He was professional and performed top notch service. He even called later in the day to make sure all was fine with repair and his service. Day and Night Service Repair will be our only repair service in the future.

Eli came on the appointed day, wore a mask, was polite and pleasant,had sense of humor, and was all set to work. He knew his stuff, came prepared and familiar with my appliance and did a good job working on it. I thought the fee was quite reasonable.
