Eli was great. Very knowledgeable, he explained the problem, ordered the part, and fixed my refrigerator/freezer. I highly recommend him. The cost of the part and labor was less than I expected it to be, very fair.

Eli went above and beyond to help repair my freezer. First of all he answered his phone on a Saturday night and video chatted with me to troubleshoot my faulty freezer just to get me by until a part arrived. Then he came during a snowstorm to help me until the warranty company could fix it. He was knowledgeable, professional and courteous every step of the way. I would highly recommend him to anyone!!!

I am so glad we called Eli. He did a great job, He answered my questions when I asked and explained what he was doing. Eli is dependable, a good good worker who always solves our appliance problems with his impeccable knowledge. He has a good sense of humor and very personable. I would recommend him highly.

When I first called for an appointment, my call was returned quickly and appointment was set up. Very courteous and careful. Always arrived within time frame or contacted me.
