Eli came to my home on short notice to repair my fridge which was not properly cooling in the main (non-freezer) component. He quickly diagnosed the problem (ice build up in the fridge components behind the freezer) and set out to address the problem. Fridge working great now.

Eli was very thorough and explained everything that was wrong with my fridge/Freezer and how he would be able to fix it. He checked with me before he ordered the part and gave me the price of the part. He stayed in contact with me on how the fridge was working while I/he were waiting for the part to arrive. He temporarily fixed the fridge so I was still able to use the fridge while the part was on order. It is so nice to have such a honest and reliable repair man. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I can t thank him enough for his professionalism and honesty.

In this day and age it is so hard to get a repair person to call you back. This company went out of their way to contact me every step of the way.
