The only thing I would suggest at this time is having more caution with the covid virus. Don was a very nice gentleman, I appreciate his hard work. I wished he was wearing a mask when he was in the main part of the house. I don't care if he wore one while he was installing the furnace, but this was my mothers house who is 91 and I would've appreciated the extra effort taken. Otherwise, he did a terrific job and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
