Quick response, but thats the only positive thing I can write. The service person thought my A/C unit was a heat pump. He was not prepared to provide the seasonal service I requested. No replacement air filter, no unit cleaning. He gave me incorrect info about the venting requirements of my unit, he told me I had a Freon leak and added 2 lbs of Freon. He was wrong, and overcharged the system. This caused addition problems. On the return visit, it was clear he was guessing on what the problem was. I sent him away and called an authorized service provider for my system. They fixed the issued caused by Dads Heating and Cooling (Daniel Mohn), for another $700+. I shouldve known there would be problems when the service person arrived in a personal vehicle missing most of its front end. Do not use this company.

Honest feedback is very important. Sometimes we deal with people who are just unhappy and dissatisfied no matter what and who will make up stories to try to get a refund. We did the work requested and when I asked to see the other invoice he could not produce one. I was willing to refund the costs but there was no proof that any of this was true. After several calls and requests for the invoice, I realized he just wanted free service. The technician that did the work has been doing this well for over 25 years and a good portion of our reviews are of his work.

I have been holding off on my review because it has been an adventure, some adventures can be good some can be bad..This one was a bit rocky but in the end, all is well. It turned out to be an adventure that had a very happy ending. I would recommend Dan and his company for any and all HVAC issues from repairs to new installs. He is a stand up guy and stands behind his work and stays with you until it is all fixed. I would hire them again and again and again, because they are a great company. So if you are in doubt about a HVAC repair company, this is where you need to put your money. It will be well worth it Great job GUYS thank you so very much

After using the same company for 25 years that installed both our original and the replaced HAC system in our home I decided to get a second opinion as to whether it was time again to replace our unit again for the third time. Wow! I'm so glad I did because not only did they get the AC running like it never has worked again for years, but they pointed out some poor installed issues with our furnace venting that they will correct when I get the furnace serviced in the fall. These guys treated me like family...awesome old fashioned service like we used to have..so glad I found them! Great Job..A+
