1/25/19 Donnie was great company and conversation, VERY knowledgeable, totally professional, respectable. I would call Dad's back if anything else was wrong. In fact they called me within SECONDS of my posting of my emergency and was incredibly helpful and considerate of my emergency. I felt the price was very reasonable. Yet another reason why I'd call them and recommend them to anyone seeking Service or Repairs. This was such a pleasant experience. Thanks Dad's!

The date of service: 09/01/2019. The service I received was professional as well as respectful regarding my home. The technician had a tight and not well-lit space to work in on my furnace. Therefore, he had a challenge in fixing the problem in order for my family and me to have a warm home. The serviceman treated me fairly with charging me for the service cost only after discovering that the problem was minor; having to replace a part. Thank you so much Dads Heating and Cooling for understanding how people like myself want to be treated when it comes to needing professional help.

Unprofessional, didn't have proper knowledge, basically just wanted the money.

Anita, your furnace was not safe to fix. If it is fixed, it will leak carbon monoxide in your home. I am sorry you could not afford to replace it and hope you find a solution.
