D&S Siding

Sergey is great! Our old sidings has all kinds of problems; leaking, mold, wind penetrating, not much of a sound barrier. Sergey and his team fixed it. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to get their siding replaced. Most inexpensive way to get the expensive work finished. Nicely done. Our house now looks like a newly built one ( well, almost. )

I have friends who are contractors. Two came by to visit and I showed them the new siding. They both were very impressed by the quality. Cedar siding requires two layers and can be temperamental material to handle. Sergey is very friendly, and puts everything on the line - letting you know how he arrives at his estimates. His bid was great, but we chose him because we liked meeting him and chatting. An honest and good hearted contractor!

We hired D&S to install smooth Hardie plank siding on our large house. It is a complete remodel with a lot of windows, vents and 9 of the fresh air inlets that Edmonds is now requiring. They also installed the soffits with vents running the full length of the side soffits. They did a great job a high quality installation and the house looks great now. My wife and I are pretty picky, and we were very impressed with the tremendous attention to detail in the work. We have told Sergey that he can feel free to use us for a reference and send anyone by to see the great job they did. Highly recommended.

We talked to several contractors before deciding on D&S. We also called 7-8 of the references that he provided and received 5 responses which is a huge percentage and they were all positive. Sergey is everything you could want in a contractor: honest, direct, prompt with high work standards. When a window was accidentally broken he called and told me what happened and had a new one installed at no charge to me. I recommend them highly.
