They had approximately 750 square feet of siding removed and three quarters of the new siding installed the first day. Once the old siding was removed and a problem with the way the old siding was installed, he explained the process to solve the issue thoroughly, made the necessary adjustments to comply with proper installation requirements to support the warranty of the product, and completed the project the next day. Quality of work was excellent and they left the property as clean as it was before they arrived. My only very minor concern was that due to a mis-communication within the organization, when a representative from the homeowners association questioned his authority to do the work, it could have been handled more diplomatically."

"When I was looking for new siding for my in-laws home, I probably contacted nine, maybe ten different siding companies in and around Seattle. Four of those companies returned my calls for estimates and only two were willing to come out for even a cursory look. As a small business owner I know and recognize that there are both pros and cons to hiring a smaller, non-corporate business to do major home repairs/remodeling/painting but with Brisema, there were only pros. Cedar siding requires two layers and can be temperamental material to handle. Sergey is very friendly, and puts everything on the line - letting you know how he arrives at his estimates. "My company chose this company because of the attention to detail they showed us during the initial appointment. They were the first company that came out to give us a estimate although we ended up getting into the schedule that day due to take advantage of some of the discounts. Once the initial consultation was complete they started the work on our siding 2 weeks later when they told us they were about 4-6 weeks out. We loved the fact that they under promised and over delivered on the start date. when the work was complete the home looked amazing and I almost didn't even recognize it because it looked so much better. We will recommend this company and they are already giving 2 of the neighbors on our street estimates on their siding."
