David was very thorough with his service - although we had already diagnosed the problem before he arrived, he still inspected all parts of the A/C unit and he even offered a few tips to run our A/C more efficiently.

David called me quickly and was able to be at my house in 10 minutes. He opened the cover on the compressor unit outside and immediately identified the problem with our unita dead condenser. He had one on the truck, installed it in only a few minutes and our A/C system back up and running. He also checked the refrigerant and found it needed a little mmore, and he did that and checked the outlet air temp in the duct above the a/c unitit was 61 degrees. I will definitely recommend him to my people that I know, and I plan to use him in the future.

Susan M. in Marlton My air conditioner stopped working on a Wed. and Dave was out to take a look at it on Thursday. He diagnosed the problem as a burnt out motor on the compressor. He went the extra mile and checked the warranty for me. The motor was no longer under warranty, so Dave had the motor in stock and offered to come to install it on a Saturday. Dave was professional and helpful. He didn't even mind my dog bothering him. Very good experience!

My Central AC problem was diagnosed and replaced by Dave and his technicians. Dave gave me options to choose from. Techs were on time, cleaned up after completing install. Tested and explained the unit. Very very good experience from diagnosis to installation. I strongly recommend this company....

1) Dave (Owner/Technician) called me back immediately on Saturday afternoon after I left message and scheduled an appointment for Sunday morning although this was probably his day off. 2) Upon arrival, diagnosed problems with my system, completed necessary repairs with a full explanation, & gave me an overall evaluation of my system (18 years old) and future requirements with no hard sell. In summary, in addition to the excellent customer service, I was very pleased with the work performed by this company and will continue to utilize them in the future.

Dave arrived within an hour of when I called, he was very nice, slowly walked through the issues and promptly fixed the issues.
