On Friday I scheduled my appointment for Monday. The owner called on Saturday and offered to come out then which was a welcomed nice surprise. My heater was difficult to diagnose since the issue was intermittent but fingers are crossed his best conjecture is correct...time will tell. UPDATE ON 3/13/16 PROBLEM REACCURED, CALL DPM BACK AND NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK, OBVIOUSLY HE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT THE ISSUE IS AND ISN'T EVEN COURESTY TO RETURN MY CALL.

Unfortunately we never received the call from Carolyn A. Once we were notified by Home Advisor we contacted her immediately. We're still confused on why there's such a negative review. We went out to service her furnace on a Saturday at regular rate(no overtime) and completed a fair evaluation.

Dave was great. Took time to explain entire system. Repair ended up being very simple, he could have made the evaluation and work more complicated and expensive but did not. Highly recommended and will use services again.
