i received a call within minutes of requesting information, Dave kept in contact with me all day to let me know when he would be available to come out and service my heater. He checked my heater, provided advice for maintenance and even offered how to maintain the air conditioner to save money in the summer. Great service and prompt service.

Outstanding! Received initial contact call <5min after SMagic submission. Helpful discussion to understand problem, provide immediate direction to mitigate further system damage. Answered all questions and offered suggestions. Spoke at a lay level easily understood. Quick service call response time. Showed up on time. Provided reasonable estimate for work, accurate to final invoice. Final service was flexible and timely. Problem resolved and works a lot better than it has in the last 18 months. Will use again in the future without hesitation for service and plan to use when system needs to be replaced.
